I offer a full case work appeal package on a “no win no fee” basis. Most companies charge between 35%-40%. I believe due to the complexity of the tribunal system representation is needed and therefore represent at a reasonable rate of 20%.  

The fee is only payable if your appeal is won at any stage after the appeal has been lodged and I have submitted extra evidence. This could be before the Tribunal Hearing

The fee is calculated as 20% of the value of your appeal. The value of the appeal is the money awarded as backpay of the benefit. It is worked out by calculating the benefit entitlement owed to you, from the date of the decision that you are appealing to the date that the appeal is won. The period can be 9 to 12 months, or more. If a hearing is postpone due to me this will be your end date. If we do not win you do not pay anything. 

Some companies charge a top up fee if the case preparation goes over a certain time. I charge no extra fees
