Benefit claim forms can be complicated and confusing. Getting help to complete the forms promptly will reduce stress and may help you get your money quicker.

Getting the application form correctly is important. The form is the basis of your claim and sets out the difficulties you have.

A lots of charities do this free of charge but have long waiting lists. This service can be completed remotely or face to face

Benefit Mandatory reconsideration

If your benefit is turned down you need to request a mandatory reconsideration asking the DWP to look at your claim again. 

I will look at your case and tell you if you meet the criteria of the benefit and submit the paperwork to the DWP
